Model IL vertical discharge centrifuge is a filter centrifuge which can continuously feed in ,separate,dry and discharge.
It has characteristics of simple structure, high efficiency, large treatment capacityand low cost of working and maintaince. The part touching separated materials is made of good anticorrosive stainless steel.
Our centrifuge is used to separate crystallized grain with diameter more thean 0.1mm ,irregular materials and fiber materials such as confection, coal mud, carbonate ammonium, salt ,viscose and plastic particle etc.
The coned flange with inside filter net is eqiuipped with distributor and accelerator. It is rotated by motor and suspension added by feed-in pipe. The suspension is distributed evenly through distributor then accelerated into the filter net of the coned flange.under the centrifugal power.liquid is discharged out through filter net and eyelet on the coned flange.The fixed particle become filter crucible and slip to the big part of coned flange .The filter crucible become slim in the coned flande and dewater. During the filter crucible slip to the big part of coned flange ,it fly out from the drum and drop into the aggregating room to be discharged.
