Model LW centrifuge is horizontal spiral discharge sedimentation type centrifuge. It takes use of high efficient equipment which uses centrifugal suspension liquid to continuously separate materials with hign speed. It has characteristics of high seperation efficiency, large treatment capacity and little energy consumption. It can separate multiple suspension liquid whose substance is different greatly by separating solid from liquid. The machine is mainly suitable for separating of the suspension liquid whose thickness is less than 35% and whose proportion of solid to liquid is more than 0.05. The machine has great using-range and large adaptablility to materials. It is widely used in chemical, food, light industry, papermaking. mine and etc. The machine design corresponds to GMP requirements.
The main parts such as rotating drum and spirl are made of anticorrosive stainless steel and titanium alloy.
The spiral conveyer can be sprayed wear-resistance alloy or in-welded hard alloy plate.
It has quick and convenient dismantling structure and applies several new devices(combined high speed convey belt and reinforced bearing and others).
According to customer's request, we can supply eletric current protection, tempreture protection of main bearing, wrench rules protection, vibration protection and remainder spiral speed protection.
